Project of conservation of Maiden Tower to be completed in 2013

Head of the Administration of Old City State Historical-Architectural Reserve Mikayil Jabbarov said the project of conservation of Maiden Tower will be completed in 2013. The conservation work is conducted in front elevation of the tower now. This phase will be finished in April, 2012.  The current conservation work covers the tower’s front elevation. The project will be implemented within three years. The discussions of the Maiden Tower’s indoor scene and concept are going on.
