Tbilisi to host int’l conference on development of transport infrastructure in South Caucasus

An international conference on the topic "Prospects of transport infrastructure development in the South Caucasus will be held at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Tbilisi under the auspices of the World Bank and the Regional Development and Infrastructure Ministry on Nov.10-11.

The conference will bring together ministers from Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as representatives from international organizations.

The meeting participants to present their views on transport infrastructure development in the region. Prospects of road and rail infrastructure in the South Caucasus will be considered.

The ministerial aims to establish closer cooperation within infrastructure projects.
