Turkey not to tolerate terrorism threats: FM

Turkey will not tolerate terrorism threats and Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) activity in Iraq, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said today following the meeting with his Iraqi counterpart Hoshyar Zebari, Anadolu agency reported.

"Turkey will not tolerate the PKK's threats in Iraq," Davutoglu said.

Turkey and Iraq continue cooperation in fight against terrorism and reasonable steps will be taken in this direction, he added.

Hoshyar Zebari arrived in Turkey yesterday, following the Turkish Parliament's prolongation mandate on conduct of cross-border military operations in northern Iraq.

Within the framework of the visit, Zebari is discussing the problem of Kurdish separatists and other regional issues.
