The Turkish Supreme Criminal Court has decided to bar the lawyers of Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) leader Abdullah Ocalan from the activity for one year, the Sabah newspaper reported.

Ergun Canan, Servet Demir, Cengiz Cicek and Davut Uzunkopru are accused of assisting the PKK, which is recognized as a terrorist organization by the UN and several counties. The lawyers will not be able to meet with Ocalan and perform their duties under this case within the year.
