Armenian opposition party uncertain about presidential nominee

09 August 2011 [16:24] - TODAY.AZ
The Armenian authorities will agree to snap election only in case they are absolutely confident in their victory, said MP from the Heritage Party Armen Martirosyan, News.am reported.

He said it refers to the parliamentary elections, as to presidential ones, they are unlikely to be held.

"I do not see any processes which may lead to the snap presidential elections," he added.

Asked whether the Heritage Party is ready to participate in early elections, Martirosyan said it is ready for any elections.
