
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has today paid a visit to Syria, Turkish ANADOLU news agency reported.
It is expected that Davutoglu will discuss the latest developments in Syria with the country’s officials.
More than 800 people were killed in many cities of Syria in clashes of people demanding President Bashar al-Assad’s resignation with police and army. According to the authorities, this figure does not exceed a hundred, and the dead are not civilians, but members of terrorist groups.
On Monday Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain recalled their ambassadors to this coutnry in protest at the events in Syria.
