Foreign tourists have traffic accident in Georgia

A traffic accident took place in the Badiauri village in the Sagaredjo district (Kakheti region, Eastern Georgia).

A bus carrying tourists from Sighnaghi to Tbilisi crashed with a minibus.
Seven out of the eight passengers on the bus were injured, two of them currently in critical condition.

The injured tourists are the Georgian citizens. According to preliminary data, foreign tourists are not injured.

As the Kakheti Information Center reports, the injured tourists were taken to Sagaredjo Hospital, and the two in critical condition were transported to Tbilisi. A criminal case has been filed and the case is currently under investigation.
