Terrorist group attacks police in Iranian Kurdistan Province

An armed terrorist group attacked traffic police in the city of Sanandaj in the Iranian Kurdistan Province, Iranian MEHR news agency reported.

The attack took place at 22:30 local time last night, the report said. Armed men opened fire at a police car. No killed or injured have been reported yet.

Earlier a terrorist group attacked the police in the Iranian Kurdistan Province on March 24. An hour later there was another attack on police. As a result, two policemen were killed and two more were injured. The organizers of the terrorist act are still unknown. The terrorists have used firearms, MEHR news agency reported.
