09:11 (GMT+4) An Il-18 plane has crashed in Russia's Sakha Republic (Yakutia) on Monday, Sputnik reported.
The plane had 39 individuals on board. Sources said four or five people are likely to have survived. "The plane crashed 29 kilometers [18 miles] away from Tiksi, according to the preliminary data, there were 39 people on board of the aircraft: 32 passengers and seven crew members… Only four managed to survive," a source in the law enforcement said.
"According to preliminary information, the plane broke into three, it [the crash] was not followed by fire outbreak," the source said.
