Moldova to elect next president on Sunday

The second round of the presidential elections in Moldova is due to be held on Sunday, Sputnik International reported.

According to the Central Election Commission (CEC), the approximate number of voters will 3.131 million, while Moldova's population is 3.559 million.

As many as 1981 polling stations will be opened in the country, while another 100 will be opened abroad. The elections are sheduled to be held between 7 a.m. local time and 9 p.m.
