Turkish falcons make intelligence flight over Syrian border

Turkish Air Force F-16 jet fighters carry out reconnaissance flights over the Syrian border, Sabah newspaper reported on Tuesday.

According to the newspaper, the crews of jet fighters were ordered to open fire in case of any danger on the Turkish-Syrian border.

Earlier the statement of the Armed Forces of Turkey said that Turkey is ready to answer to all attacks and provocations from the Syrian side at any time.

Fierce fighting was taking place on July 18 on the Turkish-Syrian border between Syrian wing of terrorist organization PKK and militants of extremist organization Jabhat Al-Nusra.

Clashes between the government forces and armed opposition have been continuing in Syria for more than two years. According to UN statistics, the total number of victims of the conflict in Syria is more than 100,000 people. Syrian authorities say they are opposed by well-armed militants.
