Saakashvili himself wants Prosecutor General to leave post

Head of Presidential Administration of Georgia Andro Barnovi sent a letter to Georgian Minister of Justice Tsulukiani Tea on behalf of the President Mikheil Saakashvili.

In his letter Barnovi on behalf of the President of Georgia asked the Minister of Justice to dismiss the Georgian Prosecutor General Archil Kbilashvili.

The letter was sent to the Ministry of Justice on July 13.

According to the press service of the Georgian Presidential Administration, the Justice Ministry confirmed the receipt of the letter on Monday.
