'Turkey continues to carry out democratic reforms'

Turkey, as always, continues to implement democratic reforms, Turkish President Abdullah Gul said on Saturday, Anadolu agency reported.

The president said the reforms, implemented by Ankara, are not only internal, all countries have benefited from these reforms.

Earlier, the President said Turkey has come a long way of development and has become a great power, and the country is proud of its achievements and intends to further develop democracy, the economy, raise the welfare of the people and political power on the world stage.

Turkey will solve all its problems, and will not allow them to hamper the development of the country.
