Terror act kills one and injures 30 in Turkey

One soldier was killed, another 30 servicemen wounded in a terror act in the Turkish province of Bingol, CNN Turk TV channel reported on Tuesday.

According to the TV channel, the terror attack organized by the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party targeted a military convoy.

The conflict between Turkey and the PKK has lasted for over 25 years. The PKK is recognised as a terrorist organisation by both the UN and the EU.
