Tbilisi expresses condolences over tragedy in Russia

The Georgian Foreign Ministry expresses deep sorrow over the numerous victims as a result of floods in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation.

The ministry expressed its condolences to families of those died and were injured, Georgian Foreign Ministry said in its statement on Monday.

'Georgia is ready to render any assistance to the Russian side to overcome consequences of the flood', the statement says.

According to recent data, victims of the tragedy in the Krasnodar region have reached 171.

A Day of Mourning has been declared in Russia.
