21 February 2012 [16:25] - TODAY.AZ
The next meeting of the working group of incident prevention and response will be held on Tuesday in the Dhvani village (Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone), head of the Georgian delegation, Interior Ministry's Information-Analytical Department chief Shota Utiashvili told Trend.

Today's meeting is planned to discuss exchange of both sides' detainees.

Co-chairs of the Geneva talks, who were in Tskhinvali a few days ago, expressed hope for successful continuation of this process. In addition, the South Ossetian side will put the question to reduce the sentence of convicted Valiev, Zaseev and Kabisov.

According to the Ossetian separatists, they serve their sentences in Georgia, on "trumped-up charges" and sentenced to life imprisonment.
