Azerbaijani MP to participate in meeting on international election standards in Saint Petersburg

Azeri parliamentarian Rufat Guliyev has left today for Saint Petersburg to attend a meeting of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly`s legal commission and its conference “international election standards and national electoral systems: mutual relations”.

Discussions will revolve around present-day electoral system, election legislation in CIS countries, European Parliament’s activity and other issues. Guliyev will present his views at the events. The visit will end on January 21.
