UN Secretary-General representative: UN not recognize illegal parliamentary elections in Nagorno-Karabakh

"The UN will never recognize the illegal parliamentary elections held in Nagorno-Karabakh", representative of UN Secretary-General on the human rights of displaced people, Walter Kälin, told media in Baku today.

Separatist regime held unlawful "parliamentary elections" in Nagorno-Karabakh May 23. Many international organizations, including the Council of Europe, said about the non-recognition of these elections.
