Baku to host "roundtable" on role of Russia and Azerbaijan in near and Middle East

Center for Strategic Studies under the Azerbaijan President and Russian Institute for Strategic Studies will co-organize a “roundtable meeting” on “The role of Russia and Azerbaijan in the Near and Middle East”.

The event will bring together director of the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies Leonid Reshetnikov and experts on regional and international relations. The meeting will focus on geopolitical processes in the South Caucasus region, Russia-Iran relationship, nuclear program of Iran, role of Russia and Azerbaijan in regional security system, as well as political, economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
