President Ilham Aliyev receives outgoing OSCE MG co-chair

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today has received OSCE Minsk Group Russian co-chair Yuri Merzlyakov, who ends his mission. Merzlyakov introduced a newly appointed Russian co-chair Igor Popov to the head of Azerbaijan state. Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno Karabakh was a key issue of the meeting.
