Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov met with deputy foreign minister of Kazakhstan Nurlan Yermekbayev on March 12.

According to press service of the Ministry, the sides discussed a number of issues, including current situation of Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan relations and perspectives for development of cooperation.
Mammadyarov also fully informed Yermekbayev on Azerbaijan's position in settlement of the conflict with Armenia over Nagorno-Karabakh.
Yermekbayev, in turn, said during the period of its OSCE chairmanship Kazakhstan will increase efforts over the soonest solution of the frozen conflicts, including Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict.
