Russian President awards top Azerbaijani official

Head of Azerbaijani Presidential Administration's Social and Political Department Ali Hasanov was awarded with Russian President's Honorary Diploma.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree to award Hasanov the Russian President's Honorary Diploma for his merits in boosting socio-political ties between Azerbaijan and Russia.
