CE Ministers Committee announces decision on Azerbaijan

The Ministers Committee of the Council of Europe (CE) published the decision taken on the basis of discussions on implementation of resolutions of the European Court of Human Rights by Azerbaijan and other countries on March 10, CE reported.

The decisions adopted directly at the meeting in some 25 cases or groups of cases against Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Italy, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Turkey, Ukraine and United Kingdom have just been published.

The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe concluded its first special human rights meeting devoted to the supervision of the execution of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights March 4.
