Khojaly Genocide to be commemorated in South Korea

The Azerbaijani embassy and Azerbaijan and Turkish citizens who work and study in this country will organize an event on 18th anniversary of the tragedy.

The event will raise awareness about the Justice for Khojaly media campaign launched by OIC Youth Forum General Coordinator for Intercultural Dialogue Leyla Aliyeva a year ago, Azerbaijani embassy in Korea said.

The event is expected to adopt a new appeal to world leaders to recognize the Khojaly Massacre as a crime against humanity, to open a photo exhibition and to display a film on the genocide.
