Azerbaijani Prime Minister to attend inauguration of Ukraine's president-elect

The delegation led by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade will represent Azerbaijan in the inauguration of Ukraine’s president-elect Viktor Yanukovych on Feb. 25, Azerbaijani ambassador to Ukraine Talat Aliyev said.
Presidents of Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland and Latvia will attend the inauguration.

Barack Obama’s national security Advisor James Jones will represent the U.S.

High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton will represent the European Union.

About 100 foreign delegations will attend the inauguration.
