On Feb. 9, Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov received newly-appointed ambassadors of Canada, Mali and Serbia to Azerbaijan Mark Bailey, Brahima Kulibali and Vladimir Jurgus respectively.

Ambassador Bailey submitted copy of his credentials to the minister and said there was large potential to develop cooperation between the countries and added that he would work for deepening of relations between Azerbaijan and Canada.
Ambassador Kulibali also submitted copy of credentials.
He said Mali and Azerbaijan have close cooperation within the international organizations, including Organization of the Islamic Conference.
He said there was good potential for the development of cooperation in the fields of agriculture, energy, education and others.
Ambassador Jurgus said he would contribute to development and extension of economic, political and cultural between the two countries.
The diplomat thanked Azerbaijan for its support for the territorial integrity of Serbia and said his country advocates solution to Nagorno-Karabakh conflict based on Azerbaijan's territorial integrity.
