Azerbaijan managed to show in the 46th Munich Security Conference that its problems are part of the world security ones, MP Aydin Mirzazade said commenting on the results of the conference.

According to Mirzazade, the conference has completely accepted Azerbaijan's position, and “this is the result of President Ilham Aliyev's policy.”
Mirzazade said Azerbaijan plays great role in ensuring Europe`s energy security, and President Ilham Aliyev's participation in the event is described as the country's contribution to world security system.
He underlined Azerbaijan does not introduce itself to Europe as a country with rich energy resources.
Mirzazade pointed out Europe attaches special importance to the fact that Azerbaijan prefers European values and pursues a course of integration into the West.
“Azerbaijan is also making economic, humanitarian and cultural contributions to Europe.”
He noted President Ilham Aliyev`s speech in the conference was welcomed with great interest, during which, he added, the Head of State also highlighted the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
“The President reiterated that Nagorno-Karabakh would never be independent.”
The 46th Munich Security Conference focused on the future of European and global security.
