Washington to host conference on South Caucasus

The conference will discuss frozen conflicts and conflicting interests, energy security and regional competition, the U.S. interests in the South Caucasus and other issues.

According to the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, the event will be attended by Jamestown Foundation Senior Fellow Vladimir Socor, Consul General of Azerbaijan in Los Angeles Elin Suleymanov, former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage and a leading expert of the Heritage Foundation Ariel Cohen and others .
