Russian Olympic Commitee chief: Development of cultural ties between Azerbaijan and Russia will be beneficial for us

“Development of cultural relations between Azerbaijan and Russia will be beneficial for us,” honored president of the Russian Olympic Committee Vitali Smirnov said.
Smirnov noted he had met with national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev many times. “I have also good relationship with President Ilham Aliyev,” he added.

He underlined President Ilham Aliyev was determined to do lots of work for the Azerbaijani people who support him very much.

Smirnov also pointed out he witnesses great development in Baku during his every visit.
