Expert: Fortunately, Azerbaijani government is highly competent

Chairman of the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute, Research Professor S. Frederick Starr shared his view on the improvements on the long lasting Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution.
“Lets hope for the best, and plan for the worst. Fortunately, Azerbaijan's President and Ministry of Foreign Affairs are highly competent, patient, yet solidly tenacious," he said.
