Delegation of CoE Congress of Local and Regional Authorities to visit Azerbaijan

The delegation of Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities will visit the country on Dec. 7-8.
The visitors will get acquainted with the preparation for the elections.

The observation mission of the congress will be on a visit to Azerbaijan also on Dec. 21-24. to monitor the municipal vote.
