Council of Europe Secretary General hopes Turkey-Armenia rapprochement will help solve Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
“I welcome Turkey-Armenia rapprochement and hope that it will help us solve Nagorno Karabakh conflict,” Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland said at the press conference after Switzerland took over from Slovenia as Chair of the Committee of Ministers.

Secretary General said if Turkey and Armenia need the support of the Council of Europe, they are ready to help.
