Iran’s Embassy to Armenia said rumors spread over iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's death are slander and has nothing to do with the reality.

Iran's opposition claims that Khamenei lost consciousness and was urgently hospitalized at 14:15 Baku time on Oct. 12.
According to some reports, the ayatollah is in a coma and only his son and personal physician was allowed in his ward. The opposition, however, claims that the Supreme leader of the country died on Oct. 14.
Providing Khamenei is really dead, Iran’s religious governing body must elect a new leader.
