Turkey and Armenia are not writing a history, but creating it, Turkish President Abdullah Gul said commenting on a meeting with his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan who arrived in Turkish city of Bursa to watch the Turkey-Armenia football match on Oct. 14, CNN Turk reported.
Gul said the steps taken are crucial for peace and stability in the entire Caucasus.

Turkish President Abdullah Gul met with his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sargsyan in Bursa on Oact. 14 prior to the world cup qualifier football match between the two countries.

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan at the airport. The Turkish president organized a dinner in honor of his Armenian counterpart.

After the dinner, the two countries' officials left for the Ataturk stadium in Bursa to watch the football match.
