Turkish Vice PM to visit Azerbaijan

Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister, State Minister Cemil Chichek will visit Azerbaijan by late September, the Turkish Embassy in Azerbaijan said.
A program of Cemil Chichek's visit has not been yet determined, the embassy said.
