Azerbaijan’s communist party not to join unions prior to municipal elections

He said currently the party holds territorial meetings and nominates candidates.

“Rumors have it that if ACP participates in forum of the left forces to be held in September, it will mean that left parties will participate in the municipal elections with a unified team.

“However, these statement are not true as we will participate in the elections independently and will not join any union,” Gurbanov said.
