UNICEF appoints new head to Baku office

British Mark Herford was appointed head of UNICEF office in Azerbaijan. He replaced Mohammad Bendris Alami, press-release of the organization said. Previously, Herford worked in UNICEF headquarter in New York.Herford received doctorate degree on demography in 1990.
