US Naval Forces specialists to train Azerbaijani Navy special task forces

The United States Naval Forces specialists will conduct exercises in Baku for the Special Task Forces of Azerbaijani Navy.
Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense said the exercises will take place from August 15 to September 5 in accordance with a bilateral cooperation plan signed between the two countries.

Under the bilateral cooperation plan, the Azerbaijani military officers will also attend courses on maritime anti-terrorism operations in the United States from August 1 to 30.

Azerbaijani servicemen will also make a study tour to United States Marine Corps’ training center in Twentynine Palms, California.
