Azerbaijani representation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delivered the letter written by Armenian-captured Azerbaijani sergeant Anar Khanbaba Hajiyev to his family, the captive’s mother Naila Mammadova said.

ICRC representation in Khankandi visited Anar Hajiyev last on July 23.
Anar Hajiyev, 19, was drafted from Goranboy region. He was captured by Armenian Armed Forces on May 10.
Mammadova said it was the fourth letter from Hajiyev.
The letter writes:
“Good day. Do not worry about me, everything is OK. Give my best regards to all. Elchin has (his brother) married, I wish him happiness.”
