Azerbaijani Union for Democracy convenes

Parties included in the Union for Democracy held the next meeting on July 20, chairman of Azadliq Party, part of the union, Ahmad Oruj said.
He said the meeting focused on public and political situation in the country.

The union opposes the solution to the Karabakh conflict on the basis of the Madrid Principles and plans to hold a Karabakh forum of political parties.

In addition, the meeting discussed the overall situation with regard to the settlement of the Karabakh conflict.

Meanwhile, the Union for Democracy includes the Classic Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan, the party Azadlig, the People's Party of Azerbaijan, Great Azerbaijan part and National Democratic Party of Azerbaijan.
