Presidents Azerbaijan, Armenia negotiate Karabakh conflict peaceful settlemeny in Moscow

Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia held talks in Moscow on the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

The presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan held talks in Moscow on the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The follow-up information for the press was not disclosed.

On July 18, Azerbaijani, Armenian and Russian presidents are expected to meet in a trilateral format.

This is sixth meeting in a format of Aliyev - Sargsian so far. Previous talks between Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan took place on June 4 in St. Petersburg. The summit was the fifth between the heads of two countries on the Karabakh settlement. Previous meeting was  held in Prague on May 7. The first talks were held June of last year in St. Petersburg and the second meeting was held in late November 2008 in Moscow, the third - in Zurich on January 28 this year.

Delegations of Azerbaijan and Armenia have arrived at President Hotel in Moscow to hold bilateral talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Security around the hotel has been upped. Law enforcement agency officers do not allow car to park near the hotel and recommend passers-by not to hold up near the hotel.

This will be sixth round of direct talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict between Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents.

Trilateral meeting of Azerbaijan, Armenian and Russian president will be held on July 18.
