Each meeting of presidents paves a way for the next one. President Ilham Aliyev has said on numerous occasions that he supports talks, he said.
He said there is a need to intensify talks even further to find a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
“If Armenia wants the conflict to be solved, it should accept principles put forward by Azerbaijan which rest on international law. But Armenia has not taken constructive position yet,” he said.
