Azerbaijan-NATO cooperation not targeted against anybody: representative to alliance

“Our cooperation with NATO is not targeted either against Russia or against a third country at all,” Khasiyev said. He said Russia has not expressed any concern about development of relations between Azerbaijan and NATO.

“We are developing cooperation with NATO on a bilateral basis. Russia also develops cooperation with the alliance. Naturally, we welcome improvementis in relations between Russia and NATO,” he said.  

Khasiyev said admission to the NATO does not stand on the agenda.
