Turkish Premier: European parliament must keep promises about Turkey's EU membership

The European parliament must keep all its promises about Turkey's membership in EU, said Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the session of the ruling party of justice and development, according to CNN TV channel.
"To join EU Turkey conducted numerous reforms and will continue its program in this direction", said he "But we have a right to demand from the European parliament to keep its promises regarding Turkey's membership".

According to the Turkish premier, the victory of the Christian-Democratic Party in the elections to the European parliament will not change the EU policy and the issue of the Turkish membership will remain open.

"Issue of Turkey's EU membership will not go to the back front", said Erdogan, "Turkey will also not stop and continue work in this direction".
