No considerable changes are expected from the Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting in St.Petersburg, said chairman of the Politekonomiya research center Andranik Tevanyan.
"This is a regular protocol meeting", said Tevanyan noting that he does not think any considerable changes will occur in the resolution of the Karabakh conflict in the result of the meeting of the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia.

On the recent statement of Levon Ter-Petrosyan, leader of the Armenian National congress that he does not recognize any document, signed by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Tevanyan announced that this is a political statement and he does not think that it will have any implications.
