Azerbaijani Defense Minister leaves for Moscow

 Defense Ministry’s press service told APA that Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister Safar Abiyev will attend the meeting. The issues of cooperation will be discussed at the meeting. Safar Abiyev has already left for Moscow, his visit will last for two days.

APA reports quoting Russian media that CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev said over 20 issues on various spheres of cooperation had been included into the agenda of the meeting. Defense Ministers will determine conceptual approach of military cooperation by 2015, confirm the plan of joint actions of the armed forces of CIS countries for 2010 and discuss other issues.
