Estonian ex-president visiting Azerbaijan

Former Estonian President Arnold Rüütel has arrived in Azerbaijani capital-Baku, reports Day.Az with reference to AzerTac.
Today former president of Estonia Arnold Rüütel visited the Alley of Honor, where paid tribute to the prominent son of the Turkic world, nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev, and laid flowers to his grave.

The visitor also laid flowers at the tomb of a distinguished scientist-ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
