Official Yerevan called the Prague meeting of Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev to be productive.

"The Prague meeting of Presidents Sargsyan and Aliyev reconciled the parties' positions on separate points of the settlement of the Karabakh conflict", noted the press service of the President of the Republic of Armenia.
"The Armenian side assesses the Prague meeting as productive, which gave the parties an opportunity for wider specification of the positions on basic principles of the Karabakh conflict settlement, as well as a convergence of views on individual items", stated a press release.
Notably, the meeting started in the presence of foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mamedyarov, the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group Matthew Bryza (USA), Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia) and Bernard Fassier (France), as well as the Personal Representative of the Chairman OSCE, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzik. After that the presidents continued to negotiate in a tete-a-tete meeting, which lasted more than two hours.
