Democratic Party of Azerbaijan: Negotiations to resolve the Karabakh conflict must be based on norms of international law

The Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (DPA) issued a statement in connection with the recent steps done for solving the Karabakh problem, reports Day.Az with reference to the press service for the party.
The report states that the discussions around the Nagorno-Karabakh, which U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton plans to hold with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Mammadyarov and Edward Nalbandyan are a positive step.

"At the same time, DPA considers that negotiations should proceed on the basis of norms and principles of international law", says the statement.
