Turkish Foreign Minister: A new diplomatic process will start in coming days for normalizing of relations of Turkey and Azerbaijan with Armenia

A new diplomatic process will start in coming days for normalizing of relations of Turkey and Azerbaijan with Armenia in the coming weeks with participation of USA, Russia and Switzerland, according to Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan.
The Turkish Foreign Minister said that the process of normalizing Turkish-Armenian relations continued.

"The presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan have made significant progress in the course of negotiations. The messages we have received from both sides indicates that political will help solve these problems. There is hope, and there is a likelihood of settlement.

This is not a process that will last for many years. If the political will be demonstrated by both sides, as well as the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Russia and the United States, these problems can be solved. This implies multilateral and bilateral dialogues, conducted by Russia, United States, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Armenia. Our goal is to achieve WIN-WIN results.

An intensive process will start in the coming weeks. The issues will be discussed in detail in those countries As part of this process. The duration of the process will be defined in the result of diplomatic negotiations, which will take place between the six countries."
